What happens after the 14-day trial?14 दिन के trial के बाद क्या होता है?
Every account starts with 14 days of Pro, free and with no card, so you can see what you use before you pay. Then pick Starter (₹1,999/month + GST) for your Amazon P&L, the money Amazon owes you, GSTR-1 and Saarthi, up to 1,500 orders a month. Or Pro (₹4,999/month + GST) for Flipkart and Myntra, claims tracked from filing to paid, the repricing, ads and listings tools, and up to 10,000 orders a month. If you don't pick a plan, the account pauses and your data is kept, so you can pick up where you left off.
Can I cancel anytime?क्या मैं कभी भी रद्द कर सकता हूँ?
Yes. Saarthi is month-to-month and there are no questions asked. Cancel from the Billing page in your dashboard, or email ecommerce@smeminds.com and we cancel the same working day; if you are on autopay you can also revoke the mandate from your bank or UPI app. We don't lock you into annual contracts.
Is my GST data safe?क्या मेरा जीएसटी डेटा सुरक्षित है?
Hosted on Microsoft Azure in India, encrypted at rest. We never sell your data, and we never share it with Amazon or your CA. We do use a small number of named processors to run the service, listed in our Privacy Policy and DPA, and if you turn voice on, that audio is transcribed in the United States. Enterprise customers get a signed DPA.
Do I need to commit to a contract?क्या कोई कॉन्ट्रैक्ट चाहिए?
No contract on Starter or Pro, and the 14-day trial needs no card at all. Pay monthly, cancel monthly. Enterprise terms are agreed with you individually, because those plans are quoted rather than listed.
Which marketplaces are live today?कौन से मार्केटप्लेस अभी लाइव हैं?
Amazon India, Flipkart and Myntra each have their own hub with marketplace-specific reports (Order Item Export for Flipkart, Order Release Export for Myntra, etc). Today you bring the data in by uploading the reports Saarthi asks for; automatic Amazon sync (SP-API) is coming and is not live yet. Starter covers Amazon; Flipkart and Myntra are on Pro and above. Meesho is on the roadmap.
What happens if I go over my monthly orders?अगर महीने के ऑर्डर ज़्यादा हो जाएँ तो?
Nothing stops. Every order is still read, counted in your P&L and checked for money owed; nothing is dropped or held back. We show you how far over you are and suggest the plan that covers your volume. Orders are counted once each per calendar month, across the reports you upload.
Is Saarthi free to try without a card?क्या बिना कार्ड के आज़मा सकते हैं?
Yes. Sign up with an email or Google, no card. You get 14 days of Pro. After that, pick Starter or Pro to keep going. If you don't, your account pauses on a "choose a plan" screen and your data stays safe; nothing is ever charged unless you choose a plan and authorise the payment yourself. One free trial per person.
